5wks: Friday afternoons, 1:30 pm to 4 pm. May 29th to July 3rd. ( Note skip June 26th to allow for bisquing. )

This is an introductory clay course designed to give beginners a first taste of throwing on the pottery wheel. We will spend the first 3 weeks building fundamental skills on the wheel and exploring forms like cylinders and bowls, and in week 4, we will cover trimming and decorating.

In the last class, students will glaze their creations.

 Bring your own apron and hand towel to take home to clean, please.  Thank you

Hint: Tie-back long hair, long nails, and rings can interfere with your results.
