Sept 12, to Oct 3rd in class. Skip Oct 10 & 17 , glaze evening of Oct 24th, Fire Saturday Oct 26th, 9am to 3ish.pm 

Come experience the alchemy of fire, clay & glaze in this popular course. Students have 4wks to create their pieces, Sept 12 to Oct 3rd. We then wait for or pieces to dry and be bisque fired Oct 10 & 17 ( no classes) Before we glaze our work on Oct 24th. the exciting process of submitting your work to fire and flame occurs Oct 26th at the Hub. All Day Bring a lunch. 

Partispants must have experience with handbuilding or have wheel throwing skills.  

Firing day, students must stay from beginging to end to help during and after for clean up. It is a big job and to beable to keep the Raku classes going we all need to do our part. 

Bring your own apron and hand towel to take home to clean, please.  Thank you

Hint: Tie-back long hair, long nails, and rings can interfere with your results.

Level of experience: Experience with clay to intermediate level.

 Clay: WSO 25lb. bag. $67.80 + GST, price subject to change without notice. Clay is sold on the first day of class.
