Notice to all Members and Students
Requirements
Masks are now optional in the studio
Disinfect your hands as you enter the studio and maintain social distancing as best you can
Clay tools are available, but please bring your own apron and hand towels.
We can now have up to 8 people in the studio. Phone to reserve a spot. If full keep trying as cancellations happen regularly. Thanks

Open studio reservations.
If you can't make your reservation on time, please call the studio indicating you are late or not coming in. If you don't call in or are late more than 20mins.you might forfeit your spot.
You don't have to be a member to sign up for classes.

NEW NOTICE 2024
The Clay Hub studio provides all In House Made Glazes, Slips, and stains. Which are included in the cost of your clay and membership.
We encourage the use of these materials exclusively.
Store bought glazes are not to be used as a norm in the studio.
Store bought glazes are sometimes introduced in classes which is not our regular practise for the studio. They are for teaching purposes only.
All members must submit an outside glaze request form prior to using an outside glaze in the studio. You can do that in person, by leaving an outside glaze request form with the monitor at open studio.
Ask the Monitor for this form no emails please.
( Only paper copies will be accepted)

The studio is closed on all Stat Holidays
Refund Policy
Starting June 1st 2021
There is no refund for memberships, classes only.
Students can cancel up to 2 weeks prior to the start of a class or workshop for a full refund. Minus the processing fee
After the two week deadline please contact us via the website under contact us.
Include class name and class number, start date, instructor's name, price of class, receipt # , credit card used and last 4 digits. Also reason for cancellation
and your contact information.
It will then be submitted for board approval. Thank you
