Beginners Mud Slinging (Wheel Throwing) for Adults 16+

4 Tuesday afternoons Oct 11, 18 ,25, skip Nov 1, finish Nov 8th ( please note there is a one week break for bisquing.) Final class for glazing. 

This class is for those who have NEVER thrown on a wheel.   In the 4 week classes we will cover materials, techniques, tools, and finishes.

Week 1 and 2  will be throwing, week 3 will be trimming and decorating, week 4 will be glazing.   You will learn all the basics to create a mug, bowl or other small vessel from start to finish.

We will get messy :) bring a sense of adventure and humor.   For your safety, tie long hair back. Cords on tops, ties or long jewelry must be tucked away.   Long finger nails and rings may interfere with the outcome of your pot.

NOTE:

Covid 19 protocals in place: Masks must be worn in the studio, sanitize when entering the studio. the instructor will supply sanitized tools. Bring your own apron and hand towels to take home please.

Maximum of 5 people, minimum of 3.
