"Handles"  You can Handle it.

This 3-week class will delve into the makings of a good handle including form and function. We will explore various techniques for handle construction, as well as look at ergonomics and sound attachment practices. This journey will be helpful no matter your experience level and is appropriate for both hand-building and wheelwork.

If possible have a few pieces leather hard and ready for handles on the first day of class. Bringing for the handles the same clay you used to make the body of your pieces.  We will have time to make other items that will need handles during class. 

Note: Covid protocols:  Masks are now optional. Still Sanitise when entering the studio. Bring your own aprons and small hand towels to take home.
