Take your hand-building creativity and craftsmanship to the next level. Create beautiful functional ware and/or artistic sculptures. What's around the corner in your pottery practice? By the end of this class, you will be very familiar with different molding techniques that can be incorporated into any hand-building or throwing project.
Week 1: Working with press molds and sprigs
Week 2: Complex forms with slump/hump molds
Week 3: Altered forms using extruded shapes
Week 4: How to make a personalized silicone mold
