About the event
5wks Teen Throwing: Saturdays, October 18th, 25th, November 1, 8, and 22 November 15th ( skip) for bisquing.
Teens aged 12 - 16 will learn the basics of throwing on the wheel in this 5 wk course ( please note November 15th will be skipped to allow for bisque firing) Students will learn about wedging, centering, trimming and glazing and other clay techniques as they explore new 3D forms on the pottery wheel.
Bring your own aprons and hand towels to take home, please.
For your safety, tie your long hair back. Cords on tops, ties, or long jewelry must be tucked away. Long fingernails and rings may interfere with the outcome of your pots.
