About the event
For 5 consecutive days Monday to Friday at 1pm to 3:30 pm. August 23 to 27th.
This Year we will focus on making SMALL - Yi - Xing - sized thrown teapots. There is something precious when something is made on a smaller scale. Each day you will focus on 1 part of this complex form making a part each day so that on Friday, the final day, you will make and attach the final parts and have finished teapots.
Long finger nails and rings may interfere with the outcome of your pots.
Covid 19 protocals in place: Masks must be wore in the studio, sanitze when entering the studio. the instructor will supply sanitized tools if you don't have your own. Bring your own Plastic to cover your work, aprons and small hand towels to take home please.
Age: 16 +
Intermediate throwing skills required ( must know how to centre and make a cylinder without help on the wheel)
Cost: $175.00 plus $38.00 for clay. Total: $213.00
